First I made a copy of the template and started listening.
Next I translated things like, “Where is your pencil? It’s on the mat” or “Kei hea to pene? Kei runga i te whariki”
This week for Te Reo I have been translating maori words.

This week I did Te reo.
First I had to translate maori words into english words.
Next I had to answer what the date and day it is for the routine.
Lastly I enjoyed this task.
This week I had to learn these all blacks players.
First I had to look how to say king queen 10 and 9 in maori.
Next I had to write what He aha ‘whutuporo’? means and what tokohia nga tangata o te kapa whutuporo? means.
Lastly I had to find on google what these all blacks name is.
Today I learned te reo maori
First I had to find the maori places on google map.
Next I played a card game that had food on the card.
Lastly I played a game where I had to put my hands in and out in maori.
This week I had Whaea Odie with me learning about how to say small and big in maori.
First I had to find out the maori word for little and big.
Next we played a game were I had to say ite and piki which means small and big.
Then Whaea Odie had cards infront of me and I had to see if it was ite or piki.
Lastly I had to find 10 objects in the class room and find the name of it in maori.
This week learnt how to say there you go in maori.
First we did our DLO of te reo maori.
Next we had to find the maori words for fiji cook island and samoa.
Last we had to find places of the countries.
